Do I have to sign a contract or can I pay month-to-month?
Mansfield Fitness offers 12 month contract, month to month, and annual prepaid membership options with an easy no hassle signup process. Signup online, in person or over the phone. It’s that easy!
Do you offer joint or family plans?
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together! For that reason, Mansfield Fitness does offer joint and family membership options. You can add up to 3 additional family members per membership. All members must reside in the same household.
How do I get in?
When you join Mansfield Fitness, we have a Bluetooth door reader the will allow you 24/7 access using your phone. All you have to do is download our GymMaster Member Mobile App and register with the email you provided when you joined. It’s that easy!
How do I replace a lost fob?
Uh oh! We can’t be missing workouts now. You need access! Contact the club during normal staffed hours to schedule a meeting to re-issue your fob. Additional charges may apply.
How do I put my membership on hold?
Mansfield Fitness allows members to place their membership on hold for up to one, three or six months once per year. Membership holds may be subject to an additional maintenance fee.
How do I cancel my membership?
All month to month memberships require a 30 day cancellation notice. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in your membership agreement.
As a member, can I bring a guest?
You are more than welcome to bring a guest to Mansfield Fitness! All we is ask is that you let us know in advance. All guests must be at least 18 years old or 14 with a parent or legal guardian and must sign a release of liability. Guests are not allowed to use a member’s fob, and members will be charged for unauthorized visitors.
Do you provide any discounts?
We sure do! Our purpose is to inspire a healthier community and we are happy to offer Senior, Student, Military, Law Enforcement & First Responder discounts. Check with the club for more details.
